How It Works

1. Subscribe

Subscribe to the Valet, Porter or Butler option, indicating the number of visits per week by the quantity you order.

OR contact us to create your own Custom Subscription

Please check that we are currently available in your area. If not, email us to see if we can add you to our area, or ensure you are in an upcoming release.

2. Meet Your Porter Visit

We will contact you within 1 business day of you subscribing to arrange your Meet Your Porter visit.

At the Meet Your Porter visit, you will show us how you like things done and where you like things put, plus get to know your Porter. You will also provide your Porter with key access to your home. Your Porter will advise you which day(s) they will visit each week and provide you with any additional information you may need.

3. First Visit

We will schedule your first week’s visit – usually the week immediately after your Meet Your Porter Visit.

4. Feedback

We will request feedback from you after our first visit to ensure we are doing things just as you like them. We will continue to request feedback on a regular basis, and you are encouraged to provide us with feedback at any time, either as a note for your Porter or direct to us.

5. Weekly Visits

We will continue our weekly visits unless you decide to upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel your subscription.
