AbbieAllenWhen Abbie Allen, who founded Lifestyle Elements Concierge in 2004, asked herself the question “What would be my dream home service?” she looked at the pile of dishes in the sink and the toys all over her floor and thought, “if I could have someone come in every day and just deal with this, it would change my life!”

Thus, le Porter was born!

Through running the successful personal concierge service Lifestyle Elements, Abbie began speaking to people who were truly interested in the service, yet felt apprehensive because they wanted to be able to budget weekly and know exactly what we would be doing at what time. Whilst the Lifestyle Elements Concierge service is ideal for a lot of people, le Porter has been created to meet the needs of another segment of the market who are seeking less flexibility and more regularity. Plus, the service is putting a personal concierge service at a more accessible price point.

Abbie and her husband Tim run both Lifestyle Elements and le Porter. They are are focused on delivering high levels of quality service, and completing all client requests in the most efficient, effective and timely way. They service clients throughout Australia and internationally, and therefore look forward to bringing the le Porter service to people beyond Adelaide, South Australia.

Abbie is a 2012 South Australian Telstra Business Women’s Awards Finalist, as well as winning the inaugural 2014 Institute of Concierge and Lifestyle Managers Golden Key award, and the 2015 Institute of Concierge and Lifestyle Managers Community Award. Abbie is also the founder of The Concierge Society an online international personal concierge community. Abbie and Tim live in the Adelaide Hills with their two daughters.
